At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate your request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days.
